Conference proceedings will be published in electronic form in Springer Series "Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering". Proceedings will be indexed in Scopus/Web of Science.
Selected papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
Only scientific papers that correspond to the conference scope and reflect the results of theoretical and experimental studies of authors will be accepted for publication.
The International Committee will make the selection of papers. Papers will be reviewed for the technical merit and content. Only original, unpublished contributions will be considered.
Please write your text in good English (American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of them).
Your manuscript will be strictly checked for plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
Every manuscript is peer-reviewed. If reviewers consider the manuscript unsuitable for publication in the conference proceedings, a statement for the decision will be sent to authors within month of the submitting date. A manuscript sent back to corresponding author for revision should be returned to the editor as quickly as possible.
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
Accepted paper will be included in proceedings only when presented by at least one registered author.
We are calling for draft full papers by January 01, 2019.
Participants of Transoilcold 2019 main program should submit papers before January 1, 2019 using on-line submission system:

Authors should submit consent to publish form (CTP). Corresponding authors of each paper are required to fill out the CTP. The CTPs must contain the details of all paper authors and be signed by the corresponding authors.
